Option 2 | Basic Construction:
All stands Includes: Stand standard construction, carpet (same color for all stands) electric power supply (socket) 500 W
lighting (1 spot per 2 m2), metope with the company's name (NOT logo).

Cost of 80€/m2 additional to square meters 145€/m2 + 80€/m2= 225€/m2.

→ Structure made of aluminum profile Octanorm GmbH, 40 * 40mm square cross section, filled with light gray and beech panels.
→ Elevated 3cm floor with white melamine coating.
→ Labeling of 4xH0.5m from printed forex 2mm.
→ 2 x H 2, 5 m diaphragm with printing on a plexiglass.
→ Electrical equipment consisting of 1 socket 500w and 2pcs. HQI 150w.
→ Counter - reception of dimensions 1 x 0.5 x 1Hm with lockable cupboard and 1 shelf.
→ Equipment includes: 1 round white table with 3 white seats, 1 stool and 1 brochure box.
Creatives are delivered by the customer ready for printing.
The price below is valid for a minimum of 12m2 (the same equipment is included in this dimension, but the diaphragm will be 1хH2.5m).
The price does not include cleaning and main power.
Clarifications:
⇒ Exclusive sponsorships are a separate agreement
⇒ The additional sponsorship of the parallel events (main conference, etc.) as well as the placement of materials in the event registration or conference bags etc., constitute a separate agreement
⇒ Sponsorship does not imply a presentation / speaking time at parallel conference events
⇒ If additional space is requested from the sponsorship proposals, this is calculated using the current pricelist
⇒ The depths of the stands can not be modified
⇒ Other sponsorships and Onsite Promotions will be announced shortly.
⇒ Times of construction - decommissioning of stands upon agreement
⇒ All prices are subject to VAT 24%
